The installation time depend on: the type of seats, the type of grandstands, the QTY of the installing workers, the efficiency of the installing workers, and so on. Please contact with our salesman to confirm the installing time before start the project.

It is 5 years guarantee except man-made damage. During the guarantee period, our salesman will visit our clients regularly to make sure good communication for each other. We also can give the client after sales service throughout its life.

In according to the bid project, we will give the client project authorization and the technical support, on occasion the salesman will go to the site service the client.

Rapid assembly stands is a new type of temporary stands system, which can be used in any combination. Our workers and installing workers or engineers are with rich experience. They are familiar with every production chain. For welding workers, they must have the welding certificate.

For different countries and regions, the delivery time is different. Normally, for Southeast area, delivery time is 10-15 days; Middle east is15-18 days;  Africa is 20-25 days; for Europe, the delivery time is 25-30 days; South America or North America, the delivery time is 25-30 days.

If clients want to know the price of certain fixed seat, please give us the DWG drawing, pictures (if it is possible), progress of construction sites. We will estimate whether our seats satisfy with the concrete steps according to our seat’ dimension and the international safety requirements of fire exits.

Regarding on the projects of telescopic grandstands, besides the above documents, please tell us the quantity of site seats, the roof height, and the ground carrying ability, and so on. We will introduce the best solution according to these documents.
